He is a Lawyer registered at the Bar since 28 October 1999, holder of a Master’s degree in Business Laws, Diploma of Inspector of Taxes at the National School of Administration (ENA) and a Post-Graduate diploma in Law and Taxation of environment.

He is one of the members of the Council of the Bar Association of Togo and of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA) and an Arbitrator at the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA).

He has a professional experience of twenty (20) years of practice and is the Head of the “Banking-Finance and Taxation” Department and Human Resources Manager

She is a Lawyer registered at the Bar of Togo since 28 April 2011. She is a graduate of the National School of Magistracy (ENM) of Paris and holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Law from the University of Paris 1.
From 1976 to 2012, she joined the Togolese magistracy where she worked respectively, as judge of instruction (5 years), as Sitting Judge with all specialties, matrimonial, civil and commercial cases, as bankruptcy judge for bankrupt companies winding-up, judge of the Court of Appeal, judge at the Supreme Court, President of the Judicial Chamber of the Supreme Court of Togo.
She also followed during these years, refresher training on American law, alternative dispute settlement at IDLI (Rome), commercial chambers in French law and at the School of Court Clerks (Dijon). She also was a lecturer on OHADA Law at ERSUMA.
Since 2013, she has been associate at AQUEREBURU & PARTNERS where she offers her expertise and professional experience and manages the Department of Applications and Administrative Procedures.

Mr. Alexis Coffi AQUEREBURU is a very influential Counsel with a wealth of experience that goes beyond the traditional boundaries of the Lawyers function.
He is a pioneer in the fight against counterfeiting of products and brands in Togo, a specialist in intellectual property and an authorized representative of OAPI, and also very active in promoting law in Togo and in the sub-region.

She is a Lawyer registered at the Bar of Togo since 22 March 2012 specializing in litigation and international arbitration and managing the department of Civil, Commercial and Arbitration Law.
Prior to joining AQUEREBURU & PARTNERS Law Firm, she worked for five years at an international financial institution with 14 African states as a solicitor.
Mrs. Annie Ayélé GBADOE DECKON holds a post-graduate diploma in international business litigation and a post-graduate diploma in Insurance and liability Law from the University of Paris-Est Créteil. She has been a trainee at OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA), at AXA-FRANCE and at the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO).

He is a Lawyer registered at the Bar of Togo since 20 March 2014, previously solicitor in the Department of Criminal Law of the Law Firm for one year.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and has also practiced as a solicitor in other law firms in Lome. He is Head of the department Maritime Law and Intellectual Property and also deploys his expertise in the department of Civil, Commercial and Arbitration Law.

He is a Lawyer registered at the Bar of Togo since 23 August 2016 and is a holder of a Master’s degree in Business Law.
He started practicing as Lawyer, from 20 March 2014 to 30 October 2016 in another Law Firm before Joining AQUEREBURU & PARTNERS Law Firm in 28 November 2016 as Associate. He is Head of the Department of Criminal Law.

She is a senior solicitor holding a post-graduate diploma in business law and taxation in 1998 and also a Sworn Tax Expert.
She is Head of the Training Department and Head of the section of tax and social Law. She has a good legal, social and tax experience acquired in several cabinets and ensures the missions of legal and fiscal opinion, tax review and training in social law and corporate taxation.
